Shipping & ReturnsAll orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, packages normally take between 1-5 business days to arrive at their destination.
The shipping & handling fee for one pair of glasses shipped to any address in the lower 48 states of the U.S. is $9.00. FREE Shipping on all orders for a limited time (lower 48 states only). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and any areas outside of the U.S. may require additional postage. When you buy 2 or more pairs of glasses on this website you will receive free shipping on your order (continental U.S. only).
All orders are shipped at our discretion via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Tax
Any orders being shipped to a New York state address will be charged 8.375% sales tax.
Returns
If you receive your order and are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days. Glasses are sensitive items that are easily scratched and damaged so please use extra caution when first evaluating your purchase. Glasses in brand new, un-scratched and un-damaged condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. There is a 15% minimum re-stocking fee applied to all returns. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer. Any returns we receive that are visibly damaged or scratched may be refused and returned to the sender. Please contact us before returning any items to receive your return authorization number.
